Gideon is built for experienced futures traders who already understand CME equity index markets and NinjaTrader 8. It is not a beginner product. If you're new to futures, start with the free J.D. Hyter YouTube library (900+ videos) and come back once you have screen time.

The $500/month Gideon subscription is gated behind a short multi-step qualification form. It confirms you have the experience, platform fluency, and risk understanding to use an automated execution engine responsibly. Unqualified applicants are pointed to the J.D. Hyter YouTube library instead of the checkout.

An active Gideon subscription unlocks the live execution feed, training library, parameters guide, Gideon Chat community, and the Downloads area with the latest engine release, installation guide, and official trading manual.

Daily key entry point levels are gated to verified customers. Verify with the email tied to your Gideon purchase and the numbers unlock automatically.

The Gideon engine is licensed to your NinjaTrader Machine ID, which is unique to each computer you install NinjaTrader 8 on. One license covers one machine. After checkout, submit your Machine ID (and TradingView username, if applicable) and our team provisions your access.

Submit it on the Downloads page right after checkout, or manage it anytime from the License Manager at /my-machine-id. If you switch computers, update your Machine ID there and we reprovision your access.

The most common cause is a Machine ID change, for example after new hardware, a Windows reinstall, or a new computer. Check the License Manager and confirm your submitted Machine ID still matches the one shown in NinjaTrader (Help > About). If your subscription lapsed or was refunded, the license is revoked automatically.

Always run the latest release, currently Gideon V5.5.7 Anti-Chop Edition. The Downloads page lists every previous version, but older releases no longer receive updates. If you're migrating from an older version, follow the Installation Guide included with the download.

Yes. Gideon is compatible with 9 bot-approved prop firms as well as personal brokerage accounts. The engine runs on NinjaTrader 8 regardless of where your account is held.

Gideon is a $500/month subscription. Because the engine is licensed to your Machine ID and delivered digitally, access is tied to an active subscription.

You can cancel anytime from the Settings page or the cancellation link in the site footer. Your access stays active through the end of the paid period, then your license is revoked automatically.

Refunds are handled per the published Refund Policy, linked in the footer. Because access is immediate and digital, eligibility windows are limited.

Gideon Chat is built into the app and included with your subscription. Just head to the Gideon Chat page, pick a display name, and start posting. No separate Discord account or invite is needed.

Yes. Gideon Chat supports image attachments, emoji reactions, replies/threads, @mentions, pinned messages, and search. Typing indicators and unread badges show who's active.

Keep it professional: no harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing of licensed engine files. Moderators can suspend chat access for violations. A chat suspension never affects your downloads or signal access.

If your messages aren't going through, your chat access may have been suspended by a moderator for a rule violation. Your downloads and signals are unaffected, and you can reach support to appeal.

The Performance page shows verified TradeZella trade data, and all results are presented for educational purposes. Futures trading carries substantial risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Signals appear in the app's live execution feed. You can also receive execution email alerts, and you can opt out of alert emails at any time by replying to any alert or contacting support.

Gideon is an execution engine inside NinjaTrader 8. Every trade is ultimately taken at your discretion and risk; you control the parameters, the account, and the button.

The live counter reflects real-time engine activity which updates as trades open and close, while the feed shows posted signals. Small timing differences between the two are normal.
